Ensure glass bottle washing all minimum mandates.
Checking washer spraying of jet nozzles, pressure and jet alignment.
Market samples cross verification and documentation.
Customers complaint handling and investigation.
Ensure CIP as per PCI defined frequency, also ensure timely COP.
Ensure bottle failure procedure is followed CCP monitoring & verify.
Training of production personals on GMP, Quality and Food Safety.
Reject or accept the CO2 vehicle after collaboration with quality executive.
